About Stefanie: 

Professional Life

Stefanie Mendez is a Registered Dietitian who received both her Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Nutrition from New York University. Stefanie started her career as a Clinical Dietitian at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s Hospital in Manhattan. For the past four years, she’s been seeing clients at NY Nutrition Group, a NYC-based private nutrition practice. When she’s not seeing client’s in office, Stefanie is often collaborating on nutrition projects or consulting for some of New York City’s top companies.

Personal Life

Nutrition and cooking have always been a part of Stefanie’s life. As a mom, she understands the challenges to healthy eating that come with a busy, family-oriented lifestyle. Stefanie is passionate about working with other women in their journey to wellness, starting with their diet.
